CDL-B Dump Truck Driver
Georgetown, TX Full Time Class B CDL
BIG DUMPS is hiring a CDL-B Dump Truck Driver to haul aggregate and construction debris across the Central Texas corridor, from Waco to San Antonio. Based out of Georgetown, TX, you will operate a company dump truck rated for heavy loads, keeping construction job sites supplied with material and cleared of waste.
Responsibilities
- Haul aggregate (crushed limestone, road base, sand, gravel, select fill) and construction debris to and from active job sites.
- Perform thorough pre trip and post trip inspections of the truck and equipment.
- Load and unload material safely, including operating the dump bed and positioning the truck on site.
- Secure loads properly and comply with all DOT weight and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery and mileage logs.
- Communicate with dispatch and site superintendents to coordinate pickups and drop offs.
- Keep the truck clean, fueled, and in road ready condition.
Requirements
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum 1 year of dump truck driving experience.
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to perform pre trip inspections and safely load and unload heavy material.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays.
- Comfortable operating across the Central Texas corridor (Waco to San Antonio).
Pay
- Commission-based pay: drivers earn 30% of the gross revenue the truck generates.
- Paid weekly.
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Full time position based in Georgetown, TX.
